Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Fruit topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and honey.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into a waffle iron that has already been heated and cook according to the instructions on the box.
  • Continue with the remaining batter, and keep the cooked waffles warm in a 200°F (93°C) oven until ready to serve.
