- 4 Slices Gluten free bread
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk or non-dairy
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Butter or Oil for the pan
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides well.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to the skillet.
- Place the bread slices in the skillet and cook for 23 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
