Ingredients
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 cup Chopped pecans optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-by-5inch loaf pan with coconut oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Stir in pecans (if using).
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and letting it cool completely.
