Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter Cold and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the glutenfree flour blend, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Cut the butter into the flour mixture by hand or with a pastry cutter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
  • Gradually stir in the milk until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough gently a few times on a lightly floured surface.
  • Pat the dough into a 1-inch-thick round.
  • Cut the dough into circles using a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass.
  • Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • Let the biscuits cool for a few minutes before serving.
