Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh berries optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  • If desired, fold in fresh berries.
  • Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • Enjoy while chilled!
