Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs large peeled and deveinedshrimp
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-free chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Butter Cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Gluten-free spaghetti Forserving

Instructions
 

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the shrimp and sauté for 2–3 minutes, or untilpink and cooked through. Set aside the shrimp fromthe skillet.
  • Add chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice tothe skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat.Stir in the butter until it melts.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat withthe sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serveover gluten-free spaghetti.
