Ingredients
- 1 lbs Boneless Skinless chicken breasts diced
- 1 Onion Diced
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 2 Carrots Peeled and diced
- 2 Stalks celery Diced
- 1 cup Frozen green beans
- 4 cups Gluten-free chicken broth
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt and pepper To taste
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat some oil overmedium heat. Cook until the chicken is browned, then add the onion and garlic.
- Stir in carrots, celery, green beans, chickenbroth, thyme, and oregano, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, and enjoy your gluten-free chickenand vegetable soup.
