Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground turkey
- 1 cup Grated zucchini
- 1 cup Grated carrots
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- Salt and pepper To taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the following:ground turkey, zucchini, carrots, gluten-freebreadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic,basil, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs afterthoroughly mixing.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and addolive oil. Add the meatballs and cook for 8–10minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
