Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Beef sirloin Cut into 1-inchcubes
  • 2 Bell peppers Cut into 1-inchcubes
  • 1 Red onion Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 Zucchini Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oliveoil, garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, andpepper. Mix well.
  • Add the beef, bell peppers, red onion, andzucchini to the marinade and toss to coat. Coverand refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Threadbeef and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, or until thebeef is cooked to your liking and the vegetablesare tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free beef andvegetable skewers.
