Ingredients
- 4 Cod fillets
- Salt and pepper To taste
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Grated lemon zest
- Lemon wedges For serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season cod fillets withsalt and pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic,lemon juice, parsley, thyme, and lemon zest. Mixwell.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour thelemon and herb mixture over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cookedthrough and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
