Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cod fillets
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon zest
  • Lemon wedges For serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season cod fillets withsalt and pepper.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic,lemon juice, parsley, thyme, and lemon zest. Mixwell.
  • Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour thelemon and herb mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cookedthrough and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
