Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 3 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Grated zucchini
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesancheese
  • 2 tbsp Chopped freshbasil
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degreesC).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil overmedium heat. Add the onion and garlic andsauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes and gratedzucchini. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, oruntil the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and stir inthe Parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish andbake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top isgolden brown and bubbly.
