Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head of cauliflower Grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (Such as sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Grate the cauliflower and then microwave it for 8 minutes, or until tender
  • Allow the cauliflower to cool, then place it in a clean dish towel and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Put a thin, even layer of the cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the crust for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the top. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and toppings of your choice
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is meltedand bubbly.
  • Slice and serve.
