Ingredients
- 1 Head of cauliflower Grated
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (Such as sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Grate the cauliflower and then microwave it for 8 minutes, or until tender
- Allow the cauliflower to cool, then place it in a clean dish towel and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Put a thin, even layer of the cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the crust for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the top. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and toppings of your choice
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes or until the cheese is meltedand bubbly.
- Slice and serve.
