Gluten-free turkey and cheese roll-ups

Ingredients
- 8 Slices of gluten-free deli turkey
- 8 Slices of cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese
- 8 Large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper
- Lay out the turkey slices, then place a slice of cheese on top of each turkey slice.
- Spread a little of the mayonnaise mixture over the cheese, then roll up the turkey andcheese tightly
- Wrap each roll-up with a lettuce leaf and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
