Ingredients
  

  • 8 Slices of gluten-free deli turkey
  • 8 Slices of cheese (Cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese
  • 8 Large lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper
  • Lay out the turkey slices, then place a slice of cheese on top of each turkey slice.
  • Spread a little of the mayonnaise mixture over the cheese, then roll up the turkey andcheese tightly
  • Wrap each roll-up with a lettuce leaf and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
