Ingredients
- 8 oz Cooked turkey breast Diced
- 2 Ripe avocados Diced
- 1/2 cup Diced red onion
- 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Diced cilantro
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups Salad greens Mixed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, avocados, red onion, tomatoes,cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until everything is evenly combined
- Place about 2 cups of mixed salad greens on each plate
- Spoon the turkey and avocado mixture over the greens.
- Serve and enjoy!
