Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-by-5inch loaf pan with coconut oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Add the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Stir in pecans (if using).
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and letting it cool completely.
