Ingredients
- 1 lbs Flank steak Sliced against thegrain
- Salt and pepper To taste
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1 Inch minced ginger
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Florets broccoli
- 1 Red bell pepper Sliced
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 2 cups Cooked gluten-free rice Forserving
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, ricevinegar, honey, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Mixwell.
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoonof oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add thebeef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes or until browned.Set aside after removing from skillet.
- Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, and onion inremaining oil for 2-3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Add the beef back to the skillet along with the soysauce mixture. Stir-fry for an additional 1–2 minutesor until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked gluten-free rice.
