Ingredients
- 1 lbs Beef sirloin Cut into 1-inchcubes
- 2 Bell peppers Cut into 1-inchcubes
- 1 Red onion Cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 Zucchini Cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup Gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper To taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oliveoil, garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, andpepper. Mix well.
- Add the beef, bell peppers, red onion, andzucchini to the marinade and toss to coat. Coverand refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Threadbeef and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, or until thebeef is cooked to your liking and the vegetablesare tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free beef andvegetable skewers.
