Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten-free rolled oats
- 1.2 cup Almond butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, honey, flaxseed meal, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the bars cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting them into squares.
