Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten-free oats
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Fresh berries optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- If desired, fold in fresh berries.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy while chilled!
