Ingredients
- 1 lbs Gluten-free lasagna noodles
- 1 lbs Ground beef or turkey
- 1 Onion Diced
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper To taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook lasagne noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside after draining.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Cook until the onion and garlic are softened. Drain any excess fat.
- Bring to a simmer with the marinara sauce.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Mix well.
- In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce. Place a layer of cooked lasagne noodles on top. Spread a layer of cheese mixture over the noodles, then add another layer of meat sauce. Repeat layering until all ingredients
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Allow 10 minutes to cool before serving.
