Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Gluten-free flour blend
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Fruit topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and honey.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into a waffle iron that has already been heated and cook according to the instructions on the box.
- Continue with the remaining batter, and keep the cooked waffles warm in a 200°F (93°C) oven until ready to serve.
