Ingredients
- 1 lbs Pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces.
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 Green bell pepper Cut into bite-size pieces.
- 1 Small onion Cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 Small zucchini Cut into bite-size pieces.
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling).
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Thread the pork, bell peppers, onions, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for about 8–10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and thevegetables are tender, turning occasionally
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
