Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bone-in pork chops
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups Unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oliveoil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Addpork chops and cook for 5–6 minutes per side oruntil cooked through.
  • In a separate saucepan, combine applesauce, honey,cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, orange juice, andchicken broth. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until the mixture thickens and isthoroughly heated.
  • Serve pork chops with applesauce on top.
