Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground turkey
- 1 Medium Granny Smith apple Peeled and grated
- 1 Small onion Grated
- 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, grated apple, grated onion, garlic,sage, thyme, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausageshape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 8–10 minutes oneach side, or until cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy!
