Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Grated zucchini
  • 1 cup Grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the following:ground turkey, zucchini, carrots, gluten-freebreadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic,basil, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs afterthoroughly mixing.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and addolive oil. Add the meatballs and cook for 8–10minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your gluten-free turkey andvegetable meatballs
