Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers,soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling).

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt,and pepper
  • Place the shrimp on skewers in a baking dish or plastic bag. Pour the marinadeover the shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hoursin the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately after removing from the grill.
